Four Wheel Drive will not engage on 01 Durango

My daughter has an 01 Durango the 4 Wheel will not engage, have replaced the switch in the dash, still no luck. Any thoughts?

Check the harness on the transfer case for power (or a bad motor) then move to the TCCM.
