Find another dealer. They obviously do not know what they are doing.

It wasn't a big topic because the solution is rather easy, straight forward and there is only one solving solution. Replace the CTM and have the dealer reprogram it and the key fobs. $450 later... your done.

It has been 3 weeks now since I unplugged the CTM for 20+ min and then plugged it back in; this seems to have fixed the problem, I have not had another episode of things not working since I did this.

Anyone want to buy an unused/new CTM? JK, I'm keeping it on STBY in the cargo compartment of the car.

When it heats up, it will fail again.

i may give this a shot on mine

luckily tho its only my door locks that are the issue not my headlights

It will work for the time being but you are fighting an up hill battle. You will need a replacement but enjoy for now.
