i have the stock turbo out of 97 5.9l cummins wich is now totaled i am thinking of putting it on my 99 5.2l durango i have the intake exhaust throttle body lift and tires already done can anyone give me some ideas or comments all will be helpfull

Turbo off the cumin's will be too big, spool up lag would be horrific. even with a turbo to use you still need at least a custom y-pipe to hook the thing to, then oil & coolant lines. once the thing is in physically you still need to tune the engine management system to deal with the boost. you'd be looking at a couple thousand & still be severely limited on what you can run for boost pressure.

Better bet would be two smaller turbos one off each manifold but engine management would still be custom all the way.

Better bang for the buck with a performance engine rebuild, good cam, heads ect..
