Talking i went big

ok i just rebuilt the front diff, did all ball joints and both wheel bearings and cv shafts ....but while i was their i decided that while i was their i would do a big lift i cranked the tbars 11 times added 3 leafs to the rear and added my 3 inch lift shackles totaling 5 inches of lift frame to groundnow i have a clicking under load like a blown cv any ideas i will turn down the tbars tomarrow and see if it goes away i dont think its the angle though??????

I think it's the CV angle but it's hard to say because all of the work you did. Did you do the backlash correctly?

+1 for to much angle on the cv's.

When I had my raider I went through cv's like chicklets. price of clearance. I just bought lifetime warr replacements & got good at swapping. I also carried a spare cv joint in case one gave out on the trail.
