Default Rotors

How much for a replacement? One of mine is warped, I would like to take it to Kregan's and have them machine them for $15 each, unless buying new is not much more.

Thank you

Yep, have them turned first. If not doable, get the AZ gold rotors and pads or equal from your local auto parts store.

if you are not changing the pads have the turned, but i usually shy away from turning the rotors simply bc once they have warped the integrity is compromised and they WILL warp again, its just a matter of when, you may get lucky and be fine, but chances are that you wont and will end up with them warping again (turned rotors are also thinner than they were originally designed to be, so they will heat up quicker which will also help them to warp more easily) just FYI

Went through 3 sets of warped rotors until I finally had it. Installed a set of cryo and never had a problem since. I highly recommend it. Clicky link

Thank you very much. Which rotor/drum set did you chose?

I like regular disks (that are thick) and a set of Duralast Gold Series pads from Auto Zone. They work great for towing, city, hills, and all around use without *******ly ANY dust. I've talked many people into buying them and EVEYONES been more that happy. They are a Ceramic/Metallic mix, but they are better than both.

Most issues with the front brakes warping is because of crappy pads or the rear brakes not working correctly, so check your ware on the shoes or pads on the rear.
