I am running 32 X 11.5 BFG All terrain tires and they are inflated to 40 psi.
ok well here is praat of your problem, you have put bigger than stock tiers on the truck, that will negatively affect your gas mileage (the biggest tires offered on this truck stock are 31, im not sure on the width). the tires you have picked are also a very aggressive tread pattern which will help to suck up gas, but you are running the pressure high which will help to negate that effect a little bit. also, if the tires are wider than stock that is even more drag that you are pushing over stock
^^ I hope you are talking about lubrication for vehicles because there are other types ya know or maybe you have knowledge about that too, nope, I am not going there, delete that last part please. RFLMAO!
This is really great advice. I have the same problem with my fuel mileage. I have an 01 Durango SLT 4X4 4.7l. I haven't made any upgrades to it yet. I just found out the TCM is bad. Could that cause poor fuel mileage?
