lol,

Anyway i saw a Durango with that same paint and that's why I had to ask. Wasn't sure cause it did look like there was enough room under the hood and it wasn't stuffed in there. My V10 is stuffed into my Ram, hell you look under the hood and it's all motor. I'll have to take a picture and post cause I have to use a screw driver to even get to unlock the air box!

As you can see the motor goes all the way up to the cowl! The air box is right off the TB and is small. But that's why I got the K&N in there.....

That is a big #** engine, btw...it maybe my mechanical mind talking, but looks like your brake fluid might be a bit low. Nice photos hydra, that is a lot of horsepower to stuff inside that compartment.

Tell me about it! the Air Box is REALLY F'in tiny! I bet the dimensions are about 1/2 or less than a Durango is all. First thing I did was install a drop in K&N and I tell you that motor woke up like it was on steroids! I wasn't like a nice feeling or runnin great feeling, I'm talkin about put you in your seat HP!

Now the motor feels more like a Diesel than the Durango. Hell, My Durango would have put this thing away! But hook it up to some weight and hands down this thing will pull the **** out of it. But this has 3.55 gear ratio right now and I priced out a swap to 4.10 and that is the largest gearing I can go without a carrier brake. Taxs next year is the install date as 4.10's are going in. Now remember that I sit on a 4" lift and 33" tires. This thing with the tire upgrade is like runnin 3.28 ratio so after I'm done with the 4.10 swap it will be like a 3.83 as there is a .27 ratio reduction (OEM) because of tires. This will give me both torque and fuel mileage.

Now this motor is a low RPM motor. Seems like the red line for power band is under 3200 RPM. Now remember there are 2 cylinders firing at 1 time so it is more like a 5 cylinder. But I'll tell you what, when I do the swap this thing is gunna cook!
