Well I can confirm it. My vent blower would work in High mode only. Changing the small resistance referred to the this thread did the trick.
New OEM cat # 1-05061575AA from Dodge.
Does not look the same but fits perfect as long as you cut the small plastic tabs (4 of them) that are on both sides of the holes used to mount. Sorry I did not take a picture before mounting.
FYI the dealer had quoted me 600$+ to change the circuit behind the **** on the front dash. ( no comment)
Price for the part I changed 16$ Canadian
Time total 30 minutes max.
