I have a 2000 Durango R/T. The trans is shot. Will a Ram 5.9 trans work in my Durango. I have a friend who has a Ram ( I think a 2000 also. Not sure) that the trans is still good. but everything else is trashed (rolled 4 wheeling). But he was going to let me have the trans if it will fit in my Durango. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

 

yes the ram transmission should fit just fine as long as it is the same model (46re 44re ect ect, the R/T should have come with the 46 iirc)
