My right front axle seal is leaking. Are all the front axles the same? My rear axle is a 9 1/4 corporate. Does anyone know the part # for the seal? The parts guys at the dealership arent the brightest guys in the world.

 

what year is your truck? there are service manuals available for download as pdfs which will help you immensely

if you cannot find the part # elsewhere try making a call to the dealer and ask them for the part number (with the VIN from your truck they can usually find it) and then go elsewhere to buy it.

 

Its a 2002. I looked at the factory service manual, it only list the part # for the tools to take the axle out of the housing. I guess i will try my luck with the dealer. Thnx
