Have you ck'ed on ebay?

 

Could the throttle body be jammed after a couple weeks if the filter is letting crap threw, and would that cause the check engine to come on? Cause I dont wanna pay them for that again, does anyone have a stock intake? I dont really wanna spend 250 for a new K&N...

 

NO, NOT POSSIBLE, anything getting through the filter is so small that it is burned up in the combustion process, it will NOT cause problems by running a K&N filter END OF DISCUSSION

now you COULD have a dirty TB (usually caused by the PVC vac line) so i would recommend cleaning it out real good.
