Code P0445
Remove and reinstall the gas cap, clear the codes, and drive for a day and see if the codes come back.
Otherwise, replace the gas cap, and/or
Inspect the EVAP system for cuts/holes in tubes/hoses (you may hear a vacuum noise or smell fuel), repair if necessary. I had this happen it was a split in one of the vacuum hoses going to the charcoal canister.

I had PO445 and PO442 come up on mine. I replaced my gas cap and then when that didnt get rid of the CEL I checked my cannister, here is the link to what I found with pics.
