Is This Safe?

There were two things i was looking into.
After getting my T/S Lift It kinda makes me wanna get another lift. But i don't exactly have 500-1500 dollars laying around.
So I did some reading around and i heard about a Ball joint spacer/Add a leaf lift. Has anyone heard of this before? Is it safe and fairly inexpensive?
Also after my 1.5-2 inch T/S lift and if this lift above is decent enough wouldn't my stock tires be kinda small?
Now my question for the tires would be this. Are wheel spacers a safe/good idea? I figure new tires are a little ways away so i though I'd open up my durango's stance a little bit for more balance. But I've heard people say both good and bad things about wheel spacers.
"Wheel spacers are used in drag races, off road races, on trucks and cars. They're are safe."
I've also heard people say this
"They are unsafe, they are just aluminum, The studs break off easy. Its not recommended to use."
What do you guys think about both the Ball joint spacers/Add a leaf lift and about wheel spacers?

the ball joint spacers would worry me, especially on these trucks where the ball joints are the Achilles heel of the front suspension, since the spacers will likely put alot more unnecessary stress on the balljoints and they WILL fail sooner rather than later.
depends on what size tires you had stock, i have 31's on mine and always have they would probably look o.k. but if i was lifting it i would be looking to put bigger tires on it
wheel spacers are a bad idea, i have never seen them used on PROPERLY BUILT race cars or off-road trucks, i would NEVER use them, but its your truck so do what you will

1. Never heard of em and already think the idea is bad considering the Ball Joints are already under enough tension the added space will only cause them to go out more I would think....IMHO....Best would be for you to buy a 3" body lift added with the T/S lift and you would be around 5 inch's like Duranged408's look.
2. OEM tires on a T/S lift is ok. It really isn't bad if you are running the 31X10.5's.
3. Wheel spaces are crap. If you want that look then you need to invest in rims.
Again, this is my opinion!
