Default A/C Line repair

I have a hole in my A/C line running just at the back of the passanger wheel well. It is in the aluminum A/C lines and it is a very small hole. What would be the best method to repair this? this is on a 2002 4.7L SLT Durango.

I have heard of using a sleave that you tighten on top of the leak?

While a compression sleeve may be used as a temporary fix, I wouldn't recommend it. In the long run, you will be losing r134 and the hole may get bigger over time. I'd do what shrps recommends, replace the whole line.
