Default No tail lights or cluster lights

Last night I was trying to figure out why I can't get any turn signals or brake lights on my utility trailer, and apparently the groud wire & hot wire touched and now I have no cluster lights or tail lights. The turn signals, brake lights, and interior light all work fine..it's just the cluster lights & tail lights. I checked all the fuses and swapped some relays around, but nothing. I really need some help with this, as this is my families main form of transportation. Oh, and if anyone has any ideas about the trailer issue, I'd greatly appreciate the info.

if you touched a hot and ground wire you probably blew a fuse somewhere, i would check all fuses and relays to start with
