Default P1737, P0740 and P0750 Help Please

I have a 01 Durango, 4.7L. I had the code P0740 on for a while now, I changed the filter and fluid, came off for a while and then came back on after I erased the code. Recently it started not shifting to overdrive. I then would stop and restart the car in order for it to shift. I scanned the it again this morning and it gave me the codes again. Here is my questions; 1. Do I have to change the torque converter? 2. Is it easy to change the P0750 Shift solenoid? 3. What about the P1737, is there something I can do to repair it? Thanks in advance and I look forward to some help, , , Hec

Replace the torque converter may fix the P0740 code. And a valve body should fix the P0750 and P1737 code.Do you know what the CVI's are?

thanks for the info, I was hoping you would reply. What is the valve body and what does CVI stand for? Thanks Master Tech, pardon my ignorance...
