Default Fluxuating idel

My 2001 d has rough idle in park and at 50mph wants to shift from overdrive to drive continuously I unplugged the iac idleing in drive and it leveled out is this the problem or is it the battery as crazy as it sounds

if it is doing it in gear driving down the road i would look at the tps, but since you unplugged the iac and it went away, maybe replace that too.

Did not have to replace anything another guy told me to get a can of crc throttle body cleaner and its the best 4 bucks spent it runs like a champ again, but thank you for responding, now we both know if someone else has this problem. Later
