Default pinion bearing replacement

i have a 98 durango and im almost sure it has a bad pinion bearing, i already replace all four bearings in the rear end and it still whines. i am a pretty good mech and have done almost anything to a vehicle, but have never replaced a pinion bearing. does anyone have a service manual or the procedure they could give me. i am more than willing to attempt this. i am moving from virginia to denver next year but i have to go to iraq in 3 months and wanna set my wife up with reliable trans. i have had the D since it was new and dont have the heart to get rid of her. thanx guys
