Default Wheel question!

im contemplating getting these pro comp steelies.

http://www.4wheelparts.com/Wheels/Ro..._pn=PCW98-6868

they say they are not hubcentric. should i be worried about this? ive read a little about hubcentric and non hubcentric. in a non hubcentric wheel most of the weight will be on the lugs and the wheel will not sit centered on the hub?!?! i am a little bit confused.

any info about this would be nice thanks.

Right off the bat I'm gonna tell you don't do it!! Because I got rims that look almost exactly like that from Discount/America's Tire. The ones I got were Unique Style 297. Mine were 15x8 but they have 16x8 too. The 15x8 were priced at $55.00 a piece so I couldn't pass that up. Idk about the 16x8 but I couldn't imagine that they would be more than 85 which is how much those were that you were looking at. Go to uniquewheel.com and look in their catalog and you will see what I'm talking about. Discount tire may not have it listed on their site, but if you go in and talk to them they can order you some and they will be there in a few days. Hope this helps.

i googled it for you this is what i got

Definitions of hub centric on the Web:
A situation where the center bore hole of a wheel is made to match up with the hub diameter of the vehicle; the wheel is then centered by the center hole, rather than the lug nuts.
www.tireboys.com/expert_lexicon.htm

also check this out

http://www.1010tires.com/hubrings.asp that should help u decide

those are nice looking wheels BTW! I'm thinking of getting one like them for my Durango.
