So I've searced up and down the net looking for the actual soultion, and all I find is that people either live with it or there is no answer.

My problem, front fan swithces to everywhere but floor. I can hear somethign under the dash like its switching....What is the fix? I can pull the dash, however I want to know what to replace/fix before hand.

Ok, so I read the stickey on this.... a lot of info on there.. if anybody has anything else to add, like how to fix it without removing the entire hvac system, that would be great.
