99 Durango radio wires
Hello
I am trying to replace the Infinity radio system in my Durango. I have purched the wiring harness and connected all the wires. I turned on the stero and no sound. I recheck the wires and then notice 2 plugs leftover. What do I connect these plugs to? And why dont I get any sound? HELP!!!!!

I just had same problem.
The factory amp has a remote turn on wire wich is blue/white ( on "Scosche" wire harness). Also is a power antenna wire that is Dark blue. Make sure the power antenna wire is connected (dark-blue to blue wire)
and remote turn on (blue/white to blue white), and this should fix your problem, if not it has something to do with the blue wires.
The extra harness with two wires arnt for anything, atleast not for me.
I have a kenwood, and like i said a Scosche (wal-mart) harness. The harness even says ..
Chrysler/Infinity Note:
If your vehicle is equiped with Infinity audio system, it is neccisary to connect the blue wire of the Cr012 harness to the blue or blue/white (amp remote or power antenna) wire of the stereo. This will turn on the amplified infinity speakers.
