Default I got the 455 code again after repairing!!!!!

After following all of the repairs in the DIY section I got the 455 code again. It is imperative I get this fixed because I have gotten two tickets from the North Carolina HP and a lame town cop. My NC inspection is up and you can not get your tags renewed until the light is out. Inspector told me to drive vehicle for 150 mi to reprogram PCM. As I was taking car for inspection I got a code 456 saying a minor leak was detected. I might add that I also had to replace the PCM. Do you think this code was not cleared from the PCM? This is driving me nuts. Now I remember why I drove non-computerized cars before this vehicle!!!!!

P0455 Evap Leak Monitor Large Leak Detected
P0456 Evap Leak Monitor Small (0.020) Leak Detected
seems like an evap leak, not sure if you have seen this?? also did you replace the gas cap? and check the lines under the hood (they are mentioned in that thread, but not shown in pictures). If there are not visible cracks in the lines or obvious visible problems it might be time to get the system smoke tested to find out exactly where the leak is.

Replaced gas cap also. I did look at purge solenoid and the hoses go under I believe to be the fuse box. After that I could not trace them. Will the fuse box need to be moved to side or at least loosened some how. The only thing that comes to mind right now is I replaced the hose from tank to charcoal canister it is 3/8 ID. It did not fit on metal line very tight.I am going to put hose clamps on both ends of it. I replaced all the other formed hoses and they are nice and tight. I posted a Mopar part# for those two hoses last week. Very cheap from Dodge parts dept.
