Default Keeping Battery Terminals Clean

I have 2 vehicles - a Jeep 4x4 stationwagon & a Durango. The battery terminals on the D are always extremely corroded while the Jeep stays clean. I have cleaned the D's terminals 3 times without touching the Jeep's. Is there something I need to know? Any little tricks to fix this? I know it might seem like a silly question, but I'm baffled.
Thx

Use the red and green washers found in auto parts stores.

Spray them with that red stuff.

Cover the terminals with bearing grease.

Adhere a penny atop the battery centered between the terminals.

Awesome. Thanks. Will try this as soon as I get a warm day out.
To echo Hydra: what's with the penny?

if you read the thread of comments in the link that hydra poster, there is someone there who explains that the zinc in modern pennies is likely acting like a sacrificial annode and corroding instead of the battery terminals, this is because zinc is a more reactive element than whatever is used in the battery terminals, however i have never had a problem with excessive corrosion on battery terminals

that thread also states that the corrosion is caused by either too loose a connection or overcharging (i believe it was in that link, if someone reads it and tells me im wrong ill go looking for where i read it)
