Default noise when moving slowly after letting off brakes

98 durango 180k miles. Runs great. However, I've noticed lately when I'm going very slow, like in neighborhoods or at traffic lights, when I let off the brakes and start rolling forward theres a slight noise, it's not a squeak or a grind per se... It sounds kinda like a fog horn. it only happens right when I lift my foot off the brakes and start rolling, and it only lasts like 1 second. Seems to be coming from the the front of the vehicle... Could it be a caliper not releasing or something? Defintely sounds friction related... Doesn't do it at high speeds say when I let off the brakes on the freeway though...

Thanks!

Your brakes are pushed away from the rotor by friction made from the rotor turning in the caliper...thats more than likely what you're hearing...

That or the internals of the CAT could have broke loose inside the shell, however this would be a very slight sound and would rattle at an idle.
