It is real simple, just take off the black plastic fascia piece on the dash with a knife (and finding the tabs that lock it in and pressing them in) and there's 3 or 4 bolts holding the radio in. By far one of the easiest radios I've had to install.

I've been wanting to put an aftermarket in my D when I have a little spare cash on hand. I don't know how soon it will be, but when I get around to it I'll try to remember to shoot you a PM and see if you're still looking for the OEM unit.

That I have. My speakers are on their way out, but the OEM head unit works perfectly. It's yours if you have the patience to wait for me to buy my upgrade.
