It is not a too big of a deal replacing this, took about 1 Hour. Some instructions are at the following link.

Note: I did not have to remove the throttle linkage or the air cleaner as the instructions indicate. Common tools, not as difficult as thought. Just be sure to lable location of the 10 or so bolts as they are all different lengths.
