Default Clunking Sound when backing up :-(

I just purchased a 98 Durango. The day i was driving it home, the Brake and ABS light came on.. I turned the key off and back on and its been fine for about 3 weeks..

Now when i go into reverse while turning the wheel there is a Clunk noise from the front of the truck, and my 2 lights come back on?

I have a power train warenty only so wondering if anyone might have an idea about this to point me in the right direction?

Could be a bad wheel bearing if you have ABS sensors on the front bearing.

Are you sure it is out of 4X4?
