Well i looked down the throtle body and saw a very thin layer of oil on the bottom of the pan. May be my issue. I also notice that the gasket on my waterpump (replaced 2 years ago) is leaking on the passenger side now. Could this possibly be because of the vibration the engine is making? I dunno, seems like everytime i turnaround there is another problem. Oh well add it to the list...

Gasket is leaking, well fix it!
I'm now thinkin about the vibration dampener?

Personally, I would take it back to the mechanic and let him know what is going on. I don't think it's the intake.
This makes me think that the O2 sensor might be failing and running the truck rich?
When the RPM's are between 1000-1700 and 3700-4500 it shakes almost like the engine is out of balance and is using gas like crazy (about 9 miles to the gallon, prior to this I would average around 19 MPG). At highway speeds, around 2100 rpm it purrs like a kitten no issues at all.
