Default Next up: another CEL code! P0463!!!

Here's a new code my D popped on me. Saw on the list here in the forums it means "Fuel level sending unit volts too hi". What exactly does that mean and will it have something to do with the fuel pump that I just had installed less than 2 weeks ago? Again thanks ahead of time to those who reply!

Is your fuel gauge reading normal or is it off. Could be a short somewhere or the sensor unit.

Gauge is normal, but there is a loud "buzzing" coming from the fuel pump area but also leading to the engine. It also sputtered a tad when idle.

Looks like it might be time to drop the fuel tank then! Sorry to say but that's what I'm thinking.

kinda sounds like you got a bum fuel pump, never seen that happen before, but anything can happen
