To anyone needing to replace clock spring, I was doing some research on the 2000 air bag recall and found a TSB and step by step instructions for replacing clock spring.

Re @ Re the clock spring is a very simple job to do ...no need to be afraid of the srs airbags , they will not go off ,,,,,,,,, trust me ive done airbags since they first came out ,,and these ones won`t go pop...just follow the instructions Widow has put link to and give er lol
