The thing is once an electronic gets wet and causes a short, no amount of air will cause it to repair the issues the short circuit made. Hopefully it's all fine now though. PCMs are no fun having to buy a new one of.

New discovery, i found a screw going right through the wiring harness, it was coming up through the fender holding the plastic on the wheel well, like somone just put a 2inch sheet metal screw to hold it in there.

That could be the cause of your short right there. Carefully unscrew it and isolate any wires and wrap it with electrical tape or use liquid tape to completely seal the wires.

yup thats gotta be your problem, take the screw out, make 100% sure the wires are isolated, and DRY (this is very important) and then use liquid electrical tape to seal them up so they dont get wet again

liquid electrical tape can be purchased at home depot $5 a bottle and it lasts a while too so just do it right
