02 durango 5.9 no start
Could either be a weak spark or it's flooded. Check for wet plugs, or see if the coil is creating a strong enough spark. Just careful on messing with the coil when it's cracking or running, that will give you a bigger jump than sticking a fork in an outlet haha.
Ok something isn't adding up. You said you have fuel pressure, well what is the fuel pressure you're getting at the rail? Also have you had the fuel injectors checked out and made sure there is proper connections at the injectors.
If everything checks out and the battery is fine, all connections are checked for correct connections, you need to search deeper.

It all started one day when I went out to the durango, started it, put my seat belt on, and seconds before I was going to put it into gear, it stalled in an instance. Tried to start it, I almost thought it was the fuel pump. But it still runs. Then I thought it was the alarm, I cut the power on the after market alarm. Still nothing. Almost 4 weeks later and I am thinking computer, but I still wanna get an exact reading on fuel pressure.
Now those aftermarket alarms usually tie into your crank or cam sensor to disable the vehicle from starting. Make sure nothing is spliced to the wires for the sensors and that the alarm is completely disconnected from everything. Some of the smarter ones know when the power is cut so they still disable things.
It's not the alarm, I checked the wiring and where it was connected. It is unplugged for the time being. For some reason it was wired to the injection wire. I disconnected it and test the injection after.
some of the alarms are installed such that the unit is integral in order for the truck to start and run, you need to remove all the wiring and return it to stock in order to be CERTAIN that there is nothing wired out of loop.
also aftermarket alarms are NOTORIUS for causing problems, and the only way to prove they are the culprit is to completely uninstall them as i described above
