I've heard many good things about this and many not so good things about this. Basically when it fails it gets stuck open instead of either open or closed. The thing is that these things are infamous for failing fairly quickly. I, myself don't have one but I've installed a few and the reactions I got from customers were very mixed.

Shame about the early failure rate, I think I will pass on it. Great idea though.

I used one a few months ago. It failed within 2 weeks.
