Default Upper radiator hose

02 SLT 5.9L

Has anyone used the Dayco upper radiator hoses (takes 2 due to the flange with the cap) on the 5.9? I am just curious whether or not is truly is a direct fit or if it needs to be trimmed.

I have a slight drip at the flange, it's so slight that it never makes it to the ground before evaporating. I'm not sure if it's the flange, hose, or the connection between the 2. I may just replace the it too.

I'd go with OEM cause they have a spring on the inside that keeps the hose from collapsing on itself. And get the stainless steel screw-type clamps instead of the spring ones.
