I'd use the stethoscope method to isolate where exactly it's coming from. It sounds to me like there's something that is knocked loose or something isn't tightened down correctly.
i did notice that the flappers had some nicks in them and that the inside of the throttle body was a little banged up... could putting the sensors on wrong do this also?
Most likely if it's running you installed the gaskets and sensors right. It could be a vacuum hose that you took off leaking. Did you put the hose on behind air hat that goes to the crank case breather?
yeah... all the hoses that i disconnected i put back on... i went over it again... i touched up the edges of the disks and wiped everything down again and reseated everything... the noise has stopped for now... hopefully it was just something simple lol... i did notice that if your not paying attention you can get the airhat partway on and think its all the way on... lol...
