Trash can airbox for CAI
I read about a guy that used a trashcan to make an airbox for a CAI.
This is what I started with...
I wanted to make room so I re-located the cruise control
I had an old clean(ish) rubber maid trashcan and did some trimming and stuffed it in...
I'm hoping that this will keep the air entering the filter cooler... and yes, the hood closes! Last year I was pulling the camper while it was 108... That was with my old JGC. I didn't kill it with that trip, but it was close... Just saying!
