What kind of plugs did you use? If not champion copper then put champion copper in there and also check for a spark at the plug by grounding the plug on the block.

+1 on what widow said it sounds to me like a spark issue, make sure the contacts in the cap are good and clean and that there is a solid connection btwn the cap and rotor when it is at the firing position for cylinder #1

Try starting it up also, with pressure on the throttle because it could be a bad TPS. Starting it with pressure on the throttle would also help find out if there is a blockage of air somewhere in the system. Also, check the intake air temperature sensor as this can cause all sorts of problems, but since you say it's not starting start with the TPS because typically a bat IAT sensor will at least start up.

when you put in the new PCM did you have it flashed?? The PCM isn't a part that you can just drop in.. you'll need to bring it by a dealership or specialty shop to have them put your durango's specific information on there..

wrong, most places you buy a pcm from (excluding the junkyard) will pre-flash the pcm for you so it IS as simple as plug and play.
