Heh heh heh... didn't catch that one! I like it!

Out of curiosity, what kind of tractor is it? Looks similar to an old Ford 2N/8N series, but the exhaust stack going up isn't right. Picture is too small to ID it anymore than that.

I've got an 8N, but had previously restored (and sold) a 2N as well as a Massey Harris 44-6. Now working on a 1939 Centaur that I inherited from my Dad when he passed 2 years ago. He and I pulled it from the woods some 40 years ago when I was a kid and have turned wrenches on it for years. I figured it deserves a full restore, plus it's going to be a fun project with my two 7yo boys.

I think your right about the 2N. It's the neighbors and just purrs like a kitten. I can't believe he mowed through that stuff and didn't get stuck for about three hours.

I should post a pick of his slightly "modified" mower for tilling and disking. He added intake manifolds to the top of the disk for added weight and welded old brake drums off of a truck to the mower rims for added weight for the tractor tires he mounted on it for traction.

And after Bass fishing all last week and the weekend, my neck is a little red.

I'm still "old school" redneck.... I load up my tires with calcium chloride / water.
