They must be programed (flashed) before installation.

You can buy them on ebay pre-flashed for like $200

Ya I found a couple links here on the forum for pcm's. After I look into a couple things I will probally order one. I have another question as I noticed today after checking some grounds that my positive battery cable was alittle loose at the battery. Think this could cause my issue?

Ok update.

So I bought new battery terminals and cleaned everything up and problem was still there. But good news is I found out that the middle plug on the PCM was vibrating loose due to the clip that holds it in place is broke. So basically now I just need to figure out a good way to hold the plug in tight to the pcm.

so thanks for all of the replies to help me out. Any ideas on best way to hold it in place feel free to post.

Glad you found it.

We can not remote diag things like that. Before providing answers or solutions, we have to go by the assumption that things are plugged in, turned on, connected correctly, etc. No way we would catch that sight unseen.

Let us know how you solve the busted connection.

You could use a large Zip Tie and go around the body of the PCM and through the middle of the harness (between the wires) and cinch it down.
