So I zipped tied that SOB real nice and it was tight. I went for a drive and boom... no bus agian... I got home let it run and checked grounds moved wires couldnt reproduce it so Im leaning towards just replacing the computer. Id hate to do it and still have the problem, I also tried when it was running un hooking the cam shaft sensor since I think someone mentioned in another thread to see if that pops the no bus but it did not. Since the crank sensor was just put in the other day I am out of ideas.

update: So I replaced the battery terminals, cleaned everything up, check dash and it checked out, Checked for 5 volts at the sensors and all check well. I now notice the truck will shut off but I dont always get the no bus error, and I can start it right back up. So before I order a new computer Im wondering if im not getting the no bus could it be something else?

Just wanted to post a update for anyone who searches the forum for No Bus. Mine turned out to be the computer after trying to replace much of everything else and check other componets.

This was the best rig I had for almost a month. Then the no bus problem came. Shut off on my family on the freeway while my kids and wife were driving in it at 60mph. I think it is a sign of what dodge stands for when they pride sales or reputation over life. Not only was it an expensive car but to have 800 plus of the same safety issue and not address it nationally shows the true character of a companies foundation.
