I had a mechanic tell me that the computer is not sending a correct signal to open and close the purge solenoid. Could there be another sensor that may be bad that would cause this problem? I read another post were someone said instead of bad computers the crankcase sensor is usually bad, could something like this be the case, or am I looking at a $700 repair bill.
