does anyone know how to remove the overhead console i didnt find any screws anywhere to remove it and didnt know if it is like the coat hangers in the back that you just pull down to romove

 

go to the FAQ thread and download the service manual for your year (98 for 98-00, or 02 for 00-03) there are removal instructions in there for you.

 

There is one screw front and center. You'll need to be close to the dash to see it. It's a phillips. Once you remove that, the front will be loose, just grab it and gently pull downwards. The rear is attached with two press-in clips.
