Default No head lamps / dome lamps

My 2002 Durango SXT just lost power to the Head Lamps and Dome Lamps, all other lights are in working order. I cant find a fuse for these lamps in the engine compartment or in the fuse panel inside car by the drivers door.
Anyone ever see anything so crazy??

i would start by checking fuses for the switch and the interterior lights/headlights here is a pdf with the fuse blocks and the labels for what is what

and a picture

(that image is the fuse block door from the drivers jamb of my 2002)

then i would check the grounds for both systems
as well as the connector on the back of the headlight switch and the plugs at the CTM, if one of them worked loose it could cause issue, although i would expect these to be more intermittent problems

Fuse was good, I'm thinking the rain is causing some strange problems
