Default Flushing the Radiator?

2001 Dodge Durango 5.9 4x4
I can't seem to find where the drain is on the bottom of the radiator. Also my radiator cap doesn't seem to want to come off, I can unscrew it and if i pump the hoes coolant will come out but I can't get it to budge off. I don't want to break it so I don't know if i should just try harder or what?

It should be down there, IIRC you must remove the plastic shield in order to access the drain plug, if all else fails remove the lower hose and drain it that way. As for the radiator cap, it's a two step unscrew process. First you unscrew it as if you could just take it off, then unscrew it an extra time and it should come off completely.

Thank you so much. Sometimes I can be so simple minded.
