Default Help p0700

I have a 2001 Durango 4.7L 2wd. Got the p0700 reading from my odometer. When cold, the transmission seems to shift fine. Once its been running for a while, it whines into 1st and second almost like im driving a manual and slowly letting off the clutch. It barely moves off the line until it gets up to shifting point. It wont shift until im at almost 5000 rpm. Once in 3rd, it seems to go away. Any ideas?

You can take it to a Auto parts store like Auto Zone, they will pull up the codes from your PCM for free.

This is more than a PCM code being pulled. He already got the code pulled from the PCM and it's the P0700 code. You need to either find a nice shop that will pull a DRB readout from it or bring it to a dealership.
