Default Fuel Pressure Drops to Zero

I have a 2000 Durango 5.9L and it takes excessive cranking to start. I hooked up a fuel pressure tester, it has 55p.s.i. running which is within specs. My problem is when I turn the truck off, fuel pressure drops right to zero. I am thinking fuel pump, or if it has a seperate fuel pressure regulator I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

the antidrainback valve is gone, it is part of the fuel pump so in order to replace it you need to replace the pump, you can turn the key on and let it prime before starting and this should stop the excessive cranking

lol i understand, and if you want the problem to go away you can replace the pump, you have to drop the tank to do this tho.
