I have read a lot about these things squeaking regardless of proper lubrication. Is it worth the performance increase?

This is really good to know because I will likely be replacing them in the near future!

Also 98RangoSLT, it is recommended to use the Energy Suspension Formula 5 Grease to lubricate any poly that's in contact with metal.

Placing my order this week for control arm bushings, both upper and lower. Probably won't get to doing the work until mid July though. Too much kids baseball / soccer going on right now.

Thanks for the update Hydra!

No problem.

Been watching for years waiting for them to update the inventory. They did have a Universal kit but the whole thing never built not to mention is was fair at most and things got missed so I never pushed for it's use. It's all I'm going to be pushin now!

Anyway, I would still assume that the Control Arm bushings replacements from them are not going to include the metal bushing on the outside. I would assume that it's still going to be the burn out OEM bushing and replace style. You will have to take a picture of the whole kit, but regardless it's about time they finished the damn kit......LOL......This is the first real Polly kit I've seen out for the D's.

I've been waiting for all the parts to be released myself. Last year I got these prices from Desert Rat based on a 2002 4x4. The front sway bar bushings don't show a price as they are what haven't been available until now.

front end control arm bushing set $58., 5.3139
front rack and pinion bushing set $13., 5.10104 (Must reuse all metal parts)
rear leaf spring bushing set $38., 5.2114
front suspension sway bar bushing set, 5.5168 (35mm, Sway bar end link bushings included)
rear suspension sway bar bushing set $15., 5.5167 (15mm, Sway bar end link bushings included)
