Unhappy 2000 Durango Power window/lock not working

I have a 2000 Durango SLT+. The driver can control ALL windows/locks except the rear passenger side door does not work period. But NONE of the windows will work if you try to use them from the door they are on. Really weird/confusing. Any help would be appreciated on what you think it may be, or any fixes.

check the lockout switch on the drivers door for the doors themselves not working, the passenger side rear door not working could be a bad motor, or a bad wires, open up the door and check for power at the motor

I had the same problem so I jummped a wire bypassing the lockout switch on the drivers master switch to get the other three windows to work at their own switch. My kids are older so I didn't need the lockout switch anyway, making it a FREE fix!

I still haven't done this to mine yet, Do I just need to strip the wires back a bit and twist them together and wrap them with E tape? What gauge wire should i use?

Thanks for the replies. How would I go about bypassing the lockout switch? Just clip the wires going into it??

clipping the wires is the equivilant of the switch always being in the lock position, what Mastec posted is the bypass, its like having the switch always being in the closed position (unlocked windows)

Thanks guys I'll try this tonight and see what happens. I'm eager to see if it will solve the problem.

I jumped the wires. It still only let the passenger side go down. Rear still doesn't work. Any thoughts?
