MegaCabs Hemis don't have MDS like the regular 1500 Hemi does, thats why he gets lower MPG.

I always choose the most reasonable way, K.I.S.S. The new Hemi's are all hype feeding off the orig. Yeah stock they push more power to the trans, but for 1/4 the price you could double it with just a carb. Throwing all the elect crap in the way just makes modifications 10x as difficult and costly. A freind dumped over $2,300 just in tuning after modding to get his barely running after a full rebuild just for 23 psi.


I wouldnt go with a 408 stroker, i'd go with a carbed 440 worked lightly. 500hp for around $4,000.
