2001 dodge durango makes squeaking noise
Today i took off my tires and replaced my ball joints . I also put my front tires onto the back. I havent driven it in about 3 weeks because I had to fix the ball joints. After I put everything back together I took it out for a drive. Everything was fine until I turned my music off and from my front left tire I can hear squeak squeak squeak. It starts at about 25mph and is just a constant evenly timed squeak. Sometimes it stops for a minute but also seems to start up again.
I have read it was my wheel bearing but that was actually replaced right before the ball joints decided to go.
Also I have read it could be the brake pads.
ANOTHER problem is after all this my steering wheel feels really tight at some times, sometimes when I turn left and sometimes when I turn right. It changes side randomly.
Can someone please help me figure this out, it seems to be driving fine but its driving me NUTS!!!

IMHO, you have multiple issues going on.
The easiest thing is to take it into a shop and have them look at it. Could be brakes, could be hub. The steering thing however isn't something you want to fail while driving or be guessing at over the internet. Thus, have it looked at professionally and call it a day.

sway bar bushings - cheap fix and elimates a potential issue, might account for steering problems as well. tends to be when you hit a bump though, not a constant squeak
by the way, for those of you that might have noticed that I don't appear that often here recently I should tell you that I wrote off my D about 6 months ago here in Riyadh
my fault, no other car involved...and after 5 years of ownership absolutely heart breaking
I turned the vehicle around having installed a fortune in parts and learn't the hard way about D maintenance...however in the end it was a real chariot & I miss it...

i had really bad squeaking from my truck and replaced the ball joints and it sounded amazing again, its just a squeak in my left wheel now, I am not really a car person so i dont know much about it. would the steering wheel be tight since i rotated my tires and my front ones were getting pretty bad and now i got the back on. maybe its a new feeling in the car and i just gotta break the tires in? Also the squeaking is there most of the time but also goes away randomly, if i even touch my brakes slightly the sound disappears also. any ideas? I will check out the sway bar brushing , i have had a friend tell me it might also be my brake pads wearing out.
